Having been in business since 1991, and headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland, Corporate Interiors, Inc. is a service-oriented company.  A multifaceted General Contractor, Corporate Interiors has successfully completed over one-million square feet of interior renovation and new building construction.

Our success is attributed to our many satisfied clients, and to dedicated, competent staff whose average tenure in the construction industry spans over twenty five years.  Training, experience, and effectual management, in conjunction with the help of wisely chosen subcontractors, ensures Corporate Interiors the ability to maintain our reputation of on time, within budget, completion of quality projects.  Our service is enhanced by sophisticated internal controls that make us exceptionally efficient.

FRANCIS H. SPEED,
PRESIDENT

President and founder of Corporate Interiors, Fran began his 33 years of executive construction management and field experience in 1967 as an Officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Returning to civilian life in 1973, he expanded his experience through management positions with The George Hyman Construction Company, Inc., Omni Construction, Inc., Turner Construction Company, the B.F. Saul Company, and Demar, Inc.

While serving as Vice President of Demar, Inc., Fran was directly responsible for controlling all construction related services including the design, contracting and construction of one million square feet of new building construction, two million square feet of commercial tenant build-outs and 675 garden apartment units.

At Corporate Interiors, Fran has assembled and leads a team of professionals, with strong credentials and significant experience.

HAROLD W. VIRGIN,
PROJECT MANAGER/SUPERINTENDENT

Harold brings more than twenty years of construction management and field experience to Corporate Interiors. During his association with Foulger Pratt Construction, Demar, Inc., and several companies in Utah, he oversaw many premier projects including the nine million dollar Silver Spring Metro Office Building and the 240,000 square foot base building and tenant build-out of Standard Federal Operations Center.
